Below is a list of Ninjutsu. You can use any jutsu that applies to your rank and stat points. If it makes it easier, you can make a list of the jutsu you CAN use, and put it with your character info. I would prefer that you would go through the training to "Acquire" new jutsu, but whatever. ;P

E-Rank

Name: Nawanuke no Jutsu - Escaping Skill
Rank: Academy Student or higher
Range: Self
Requirements: Must not be tied By chakra rope’s or strings
Ninjutsu: 2
Description: User can escape any rope or string when they are tied , but they need to be simple and not having chakra running through them.

Name: Bikou Ninjutsu - Shadowing Stealth Technique
Rank: Academy Student or higher

Requirements: Objects to Hide In or Behind
Ninjutsu: 2
Description: User hides himself in a barrel or hides himself behind a tree ( or any object ) and follows their target , useful during mission.

Name: Bunshin no Jutsu - Clone Technique

Description: User creates copies of himself by giving a small portion of chakra to it, they are just illusions and can’t do physical damage.

Name: Ayatsuito no Jutsu - String Reeling Technique

Description: User traps the opponent with wire by throwing the wire attached to shurikens which revolve around opponent and tie’s it down.

Description: User calls forth needles in his/her mouth and then spits them out with deadly accuracy.

Name: Kage Shuriken no Jutsu - Shadow Shuriken Technique

Description: When throwing the shuriken, the user will also throw a second giant shuriken to hide in the shadow of the first. The hidden secondary shuriken will then approach the target without their awareness

Name: Chakra Kyuuin Jutsu - Chakra Absorption Technique

Description: User places his hand on his opponent’s any body part and starts to absorb their chakra, which can they can use to replenish their own chakra.

Name: Fuubaku Houjin - Exploding Seal Method Formation

Requirements: Explosive tags

Description: User arranges seal in square formation and leads the opponent in it and then activates the seal so make an explosion.

Description: User Blows fan to produce great current which will deposit sand in places and makes the area slippery.

Name: Gyorai Shin - Torpedo Needle

Description: User will plant needles into ground using his chakra and when the opponent comes in the area with needles the user manipulating his chakra will call forth the needles from ground.

Description: User cuts flowers with his sword and sends them into air, where they turn into shuriken and rain upon the opponent.

Name: Hitei Mushou - Flying Nail Mist Pierce

Description: After forming the needed handseal, user will emit a flying mist of small nails from his mouth. These small nails can travel towards his opponent at quite a distance.

Name: Jouro Senbon - Sprinkling Needles

Description: After hurling the umbrella into the air, User will unleash a torrent of needles. Using his/her chakra they can guide these needles towards their opponent.

Name: Kawara Shuriken - Roof Tile Shuriken

Requirements: Must be On roof top with tiles
Ninjutsu: 10
Description: user uses their chakra to levitate nearby roof tiles. Once levitated, the tiles are hurled towards the target similar to a shuriken.

Name: Sumi Bunshin no Jutsu - Ink Clone Technique

Description: user makes an Ink Clone. Which will get to its Ink state when damaged.

B-Rank

Name: Ayametori - Pattern Links

Ninjutsu: 15
Description: User uses wire to form complex string figure designs with his hands. The wire itself is said to be stronger than steel. The figure user creates can then be launched from the string as a powerful cutting attack.

Name: Chakra no Ito - Chakra Threads
Rank: Jounin or higher

Requirements: Must Me Fuuma clan member
Ninjutsu: 15
Description: The user will create threads of chakra which will start at their heart's chakra circulatory system and extend outwards. These threads can then be wound around their opponent’s body and internal organs. This essentially will tie their two hearts together and make them become one. Once fully in sync, the ninja's chakra circulatory system can control their opponents system, so if the ninja dies, their opponent dies as well.

Ninjutsu: 15
Description: Medical ninja concentrates chakra in his hands and makes a chakra scalpel which can damage the internal organs by cutting tissues and muscles very neatly. This jutsu should be used carefully and by a medical ninja.

Name: Chou Baika no Jutsu - Super Multi-Size Technique
Rank: Jounin or higher

Requirements: Must be Akimichi clan and Spinach pill
Ninjutsu: 15
Description: User alters their body size to become super size and can crush their opponents with their torso and by jumping on them.

Name: Choujuu Giga - Super Beast Imitation Drawing
Rank: Jounin or higher

Requirements: Ink and scroll
Ninjutsu: 15
Description: User uses his artistic drawing to draw images of beasts and doing handseals they come to life in ink form and water can wash them away.

Name: Doku Kiri - Poison Mist
Rank: Jounin or higher
Range: Short - Mid
Requirements: Medical Ninjutsu Secondary Specialty and poison learned
Ninjutsu: 15
Description: User expels Large amount of poison from his body covering the area which is deadly to the one who inhales it.

Name: Kage Bunshin no Jutsu - Shadow Clone Technique
Rank: Jounin or higher
Range: Self
Requirements : None
Ninjutsu: 15 (per clone)
Description: user makes 1 seal to create multiple clones , which are capable of using jutsu these bodies can withstand some damage but disperse when hit. They transfer all the knowledge they have gained to the original body after dispersion.

Name: Kao Utsushi no Jutsu - Face Copy Technique
Rank: Jounin or higher
Range: Self
Requirements: Must be Kedounin Clan
Ninjutsu: 15
Description: This technique allows the User to take on the body of their target. The user must remain close to the one they want to copy for a short period of time. Their body will then shape and contort to resemble the target. The copy is said to be so good that even family members of the target cannot tell they are a fake. The user will even take on the smell of the original. Unfortunately the user does not copy the targets jutsu, leaving them with only their original limited skills.

Description: User places an array of explosive markers jointly around the boundary of an area. If any opponent walks through the boundary, the seals will activate and explode.

Name: Meisai Gakure no Jutsu - Camouflage Concealment Technique

Description: User will turn themselves into Invisible to naked eye , Doujutsu’s can see pass through this jutsu.

Name: Mikadzuki no Mai - Dance of the Crescent Moon

Description: As the User charges at his opponent, he creates multiple shadow copies to confuse his opponent. Using the confusion, the real ninja will attack from the opponent's blindside.

Description: user launches himself into air with his umbrella opened Riding the air currents and rain needles and other weapons hidden in there umbrella.

Name: Shuriken Kage Bunshin no Jutsu

Requirements: Shurikens ( or any other tool )

Description: user throws 1 shuriken ( or any other tool ) and makes hand seals to make copies of them.

Description: After Hurling their scroll over their opponent user will summon kunai’s shurikens Etc from them to rain on their opponent.

Name: Soushouryuu - Twin Rising Dragons

Description: User throws 2 scrolls in air vertically and jumps up and summons weapon’s which when summoned makes smoke which gets the shape of a dragon, which when directed towards opponent makes the weapons rain on him.

Description: This Jutsu allows user to hover multiple kunai in the air while he approaches a target. The technique allows user to unleash a torrent of kunai much more quickly than if each was thrown individually.

A-Rank

Description: Shunshin no Jutsu is advanced movement Ninjutsu technique. The ninja will appear and disappear in an instant, allowing them to retreat. To facilitate the movement, the ninja will often use nearby elements such as mist, sand or leaves to mask their appearance or disappearance.
**Note--This is a jutsu used for retreating, use of this jutsu automatically ends the battle.

Description: user gathers chakra into hands and heals injuries, the more skilled they are the more they can heal themselves or the patient.

Name: Rasengan - Spiral Sphere

Description: Pure chakra based jutsu , In which no handseals are required making it possible to attack opponents quickly, user makes a chakra ball which is circulating and when hit does severe damage.

Name: Saikan Chuushutsu no Jutsu - Fine Affliction Extraction

Description: user makes an orb of chakra into their hands and places them at the place where the poison has entered the Body, then they can extract it and remove it from body Detoxing the body.

Description: Changing the chakra in their hand into an electricity, user can create an electric field to disrupt targets nervous system. Because the brain and body communicate using electrical impulses, user can use the field to disrupt her targets ability to move.

Name: Inyu Shometsu - Secret Healing Injury Destruction

Description: Focusing his chakra to an area to be hit, User can begin the cell creation process the moment the area becomes injured. This ability to activate his cells and create new ones is the very advanced and can only be used by specialized medical ninja’s.

Name: Chikatsu Saisei no Jutsu - Healing Resuscitation Regeneration

Requirements: Expert Medical ninja with few other Medical Ninja’s.
Ninjutsu: 30 (from each medical ninja involved in process)
Description: The technique allows the user to use the hair of the one injured as a medium to reconstruct damaged body tissue. The extent of the damage will control how difficult and long the procedure is. The injured person will be placed in the center of a square marked with rites for the procedure. One medical ninja will sit at each corner to provide precise chakra control to help in the cell conversion process. Another medical ninja will sit at the lead to guide the process.

Description: User can detonate the normal kage bunshin with a huge explosion.

A-Rank

Name: Oodama Rasengan - Big Ball Spiral Sphere
Rank: Anbu black op or higher
Range: short
Requirements: Needs a Clone, must go through training (pm me)
Ninjutsu: 30
Description: Both the clone and the user combine their hands and make a Bigger version of rasengan, which has more power and is devastating.

Name: Rasen Chou Tarengan - Spiral Ultra Multi-Spheres
Rank: Anbu black op or higher
Range: Short – Mid
Requirements: must have used Tajuu Kage bunshin
Ninjutsu: 20 (per rasengan [cannot do Kage Bunshin and Rasen Chou Tarengan in the same post])
Description: Each clone creates rasengan in their hands and their numbers could be in forties and fifties, all of them crush the rasengan’s into I opponent’s body. Does severe damage to Summons and tailed beasts.

Name: Sanjuu Rashoumon - Triple Rashoumon

Description: user uses both his hands and summons 3 gates of Rashoumon, Each gate is able to stop an A rank attack.

Name: Souzou Saisei - Creation Rebirth
Rank: Medical Ninja

Requirements: Medical Ninjutsu Secondary, Must have stored chakra for a Long period of time
Ninjutsu: 25
Description: user releases the seal holding the spare chakra that they have stored previously to regenerate body cells and tissue. User’s chakra level becomes full again. This jutsu can be only used once per battle, and chakra must have been stored previously, before battle.
